Return & Refund Policy

At 9189 Boutique, we offer store credit on a 9189 Boutique E-Gift Card for any returns made within 14 days of the order being placed.ย 

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

RETURN ITEMS MUST:

*Be unworn & unwashed along with being smoke, deodorant, make up, & damage free.ย 

*All original tags must be attached to the item.ย 

*Final Sale items will NOT be accepted for return.ย 

After the return has been received & processed, please allow 1-2 business days to receive

your credit e-gift card via email.

Returns that exceed 14 days from the order date will NOT be accepted.

We cannot accept exchanges due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed, we recommend the customer to place a new order for the item and return the other item for an E-gift card.ย 

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please email hello@shop9189.com within 3 days of the delivery date. You must include a photo of the damaged item in the email.ย 

CANCELLATIONS:

ย  ย  ย  WEย CANNOT CANCEL ANY ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED IN OUR SYSTEM...ย We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item{s} to us in accordance with our return policy.

Cancelled orders are subject to processing + restocking fees - and those will not be refunded.ย ย The fee is at the discretion of the order total and our processing fees.

ย Coupon codes must be presented or entered at the time of purchase. Weย cannotย refund you for a coupon code that was not used; adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders.ย We also cannot cancel any orders where the coupon code was not used correctly.ย If a problem does arise, you are welcome to reach out to usย via e-mailย and possibly receive a gift card in the amount of what the discount code would have saved you.ย 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ON ANY DISCOUNT CODE ERRORS.

e-gift card credit only.

Damages must be reportedย prior to wearingย the garment. ย All original tags must still be attached. ย These instances will be eligible for aย refund.

After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchase.
